Get your device ready for your subscription
Start with the device you plan to watch on. Its model and app store determine your setup route. Your franceiptvmax order supplies the subscription access details; installing a player is a separate step.
Find Smarters for your device
Use the device downloads on the official Smarters Pro website. Select your phone, computer or supported TV platform, then follow our Smarters guide to enter the subscription details. Check the publisher instead of relying on a familiar-looking app icon.
Set up a Fire TV device
Find the model in your device settings. Follow the player maker’s Fire TV installation instructions and its download link. Keep your remote and subscription message nearby. If a screen differs, note the wording before changing settings.
Use an NVIDIA Shield
For a Shield running Android TV, our TiviMate guide covers installing the player and adding your subscription. Load the list and try one item first. You can arrange favorites after checking that the access details were entered correctly.
Check your LG television
The available apps depend on your TV model and its store. IBO Player Pro provides LG setup instructions; check the complete app name before installing. Ask about the player year in our annual plan before buying a separate license.
Identify your Google TV model
Tell us which television or streaming device you have and which player appears in its store. Google TV branding alone does not confirm every app on every model. The TiviMate guide explains the Android TV setup path.
Count active streams
A TV playing in the living room while a phone plays elsewhere uses two simultaneous screens. Apps installed but not playing do not add another active stream. Choose your screen count around the times people will watch together.
Using another player?
Open the app store on your device, install a player that accepts your subscription details, then enter the details from your order message. Use the instructions for your device and player. Send order or installation questions to us on WhatsApp.
