Understanding the illustrations
A poster, photograph or logo is not evidence of a distribution license, partnership or continuing availability. Player applications are separate products from the subscription. Their names identify the instructions in our device guides.

- Provide the exact page address and identify the image or passage concerned.
- Explain the right involved and your authority to make the report.
- Include information that allows the concern to be checked without exposing private access details.
Reviewing a report
A clear report allows the identified material to be assessed and, where appropriate, changed or removed. This page does not promise a fixed response time or grant general permission to reuse the works shown.
Accessing programming
Only use content you are entitled to access. A working playlist or installed app does not itself establish those rights. Questions about a purchase or refund can be addressed through the separate support and refund pages.
